This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a municipal polyclinic housed in a 1920s building recognized as a regional cultural heritage site. Originally designed by architect A.I. Meshkov and engineer G.L. Maslennikov, the structure retains its historical façade and the spirit of constructivist architecture, while gaining full modern functionality.
The renovation included careful restoration of original architectural elements, modernization of all engineering systems, and a complete redesign of the interior space. Emphasis was placed on patient comfort: the interiors are filled with natural light, navigation is intuitive, and the design features soft natural tones and subtle botanical motifs.
