A comprehensive renovation project that preserves the historic character of the building while integrating state-of-the-art engineering solutions. We reinterpreted the façades, maintaining the monumentality and rhythm of classical architecture, and enhanced them with subtle lighting and refined materials. The courtyards and entrance areas were given new life through redesigned navigation, street furniture, and lighting. The project balances the rigor of governmental architecture with the comfort of modern urban space — with respect for context and meticulous attention to detail.
