The renovation of this municipal outpatient clinic combined structural upgrades with a full architectural redesign, creating a welcoming and efficient healthcare environment for adult patients. The project emphasized clean lines, high-contrast facade rhythm, and enhanced landscaping around the perimeter to improve accessibility and visual clarity. The clinic integrates modern engineering systems, natural light access in all waiting areas, and barrier-free navigation. The L-shaped layout creates a semi-private courtyard with green zones and recreational elements. Special attention was given to harmonizing the structure with its residential surroundings while maintaining an identity aligned with Moscow’s “My Polyclinic” program.
